OpenFOAM is the leading Open Source CFD software with a large and rapidly growing international user base across the industrial and academic sectors.  This first OpenFOAM International Conference brought together people from many perspectives including users, developers, academics and industry managers.

The conference program included over 25 presentations to the 100 plus delegates from around the world, which demonstrated OpenFOAM's unique capabilities and how CAE is moving forward through adoption of this software.

In addition, 2-day training courses were delivered.

This inaugural event was sponsored by IBM/OCF, Materialise, and the BEinGRID Project, which was greatly appreciated.
